Shital Parida, Chairwoman

Ms Shital Parida, the company's chairman, has a post-graduate diploma in textile design and is an entrepreneur. She founded Qleap Innovations Private Limited in 2021 to cater to the training & coaching needs of the educated Indian Youth. Before founding QLeap, she worked as the principal designer of D Décor, the famous furnishings designer of the country, for two years. Besides, she had hands-on experience in various businesses and start-ups through her family background. Armed with her experience in her job and family business, she has developed expertise in business operations, process planning, and crisis management. She is involved in all business development and strategic decisions in Qleap.

Jayant Kumar Mohapatra, CEO

Jayant Kumar Mohapatra is the company's founder member and chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mohapatra holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Madurai Kamraj University, a master’s in finance & HR from IIMA and an LLB from Utkal University. He is a registered law practitioner of the Odisha High Court. Before the inception of Qleap, he worked for 20 years in Aircraft Maintenance in the Indian Air Force (IAF) and another 10 years in the education and hospitality sector. He has received seven service medals for his dedication and bravery during his tenure in the Indian Air Force. He was privileged to get the Boeing 737 VVIP aircraft maintenance training from DGCA, exemplifying his merit and excellence. He looks after the promotional and administrative work of the company. Further, he is responsible for overall operations and due diligence within target business segments.
