Dr. Prabodha Swain

Dr. Prabodha Swain is a veterinary graduate with a post-graduation from IVRI, Bareilly in animal biotechnology, and a Ph.D. in bioscience and biotechnology from IIT-Roorkee. He has research interests in Molecular Biology, Human Genetics, Neuroscience, and Molecular Pharmacology. He served as a senior manager at Gujarat CSR Authority, an organization promoted by the government of Gujarat to facilitate programs on innovation, entrepreneurship, and malnutrition. He also served as COO of iCreate and CEO of AIC-ISE Foundation, which was instituted to promote entrepreneurship in life science, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare sectors and served as a core faculty at the National Brain Research Centre (NBRC), a Deemed University under the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, and a research investigator at the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, University of Michigan, USA. He has worked for Cadillac Healthcare for 12 years. He is a lead veterinary biologist at Intas Pharmaceutical, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and a visiting faculty member in the Department of Biochemistry and Forensic Science at Gujarat University.

Mihir Ray

Mr. Mihir possesses a master’s degree in information technology and a postgraduate diploma in Operation Research and Management. He also possesses certification in ITIL, Digital Marketing, Ethical Hacking, Digital Forensics, Snow, Application Security, and Cyber Law. He has 29 years of diversified experience in the IT industry, successfully leading all phases of diverse technology projects. Planned and managed customer application development, enterprise implementation, IT infrastructure, and service delivery projects, aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage, and bottom-line gains. Excellent communicator: leverages technical, business, and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams. Expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Able to manage large projects and known for high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. He served as group manager of HCL Technologies for 14 years and is presently a senior consultant in business systems at Optum Global Solutions, Ghaziabad.

Dr. Mrutyunjay Maharana

Dr. Mrutyunjay Maharana holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, M Tech, and PhD from IIT Guwahati and is an Assistant Professor at XJTU University. Dir. Maharana is an active scientific researcher with over thirty (30) highly impactful and reputed international publications and four (04) patents. His innovation of and research on artificial limbs gained significant attention. He was awarded the prestigious Gandhian Young Technological Innovation Award (GYTI) by the Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, in 2019. He received the Young Presenter Award from Iseim JAPAN in 2017 and the Young Scientist Award from the government of India in 2018. He founded Etuson, a digital learning platform for Odia and English medium school students. His skill sets include efficiently executing an idea from scratch, innovation, Information technology-based solutions, business operations, technical planning, and resource management.
